Our Services

Here at Pediatric Solutions we strive to offer comprehensive pediatric care in a friendly, upbeat atmosphere. We are open to patients of all ages (birth through college age) and work with parents to provide the best care for their children. We have a similar practice style and communicate with each other frequently about all our patients. We follow current American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) practice guidelines and stay up to date on new medical research. Our practice follows the most current recommendations for immunizations published by the CDC and AAP, and we strongly recommend all our patients stay up to date on their vaccinations.

We are available 24 hours a day 365 days a year if you ever need to speak to a pediatrician. In order to accommodate every type of schedule, we offer Saturday hours, evening hours 2 days a week and morning walk-in hours. All phone calls regarding medical questions are answered by us personally. Complimentary consults are available to expecting parents who wish to meet with us prior to choosing a pediatrician.

As a reminder, as a medical facility, masks are required in our office at all times, regardless of vaccination status. Also, here is some information regarding a 3rd COVID vaccine:· The FDA has given emergency use authorization to allow for an additional or third dose of the Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 vaccines in certain immunocompromised individuals. The CDC recommends the following individuals get third doses at this time:o Been receiving active cancer treatment for tumors or cancers of the bloodo Received an organ transplant and are taking medicine to suppress the immune systemo Received a stem cell transplant within the last 2 years or are taking medicine to suppress the immune systemo Moderate or severe primary immunodeficiency (such as DiGeorge syndrome, Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome)o Advanced or untreated HIV infectiono Active treatment with high-dose corticosteroids or other drugs that may suppress your immune response· Research shows moderately to severely immunocompromised individuals may benefit from a third dose of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines to boost their immunity, helping them to fight COVID-19.· The FDA did not extend emergency use for another dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, and at this time there is not approval to provide additional shots of this vaccine.· The FDA continues to explore if a third or additional vaccine dose is needed for more individuals in the future.· Providing booster shots to those with weakened immune systems does not mean the COVID-19 vaccines are ineffective.· The COVID-19 vaccines have shown to be effective against most COVID-19 variants, including the Delta variant. While vaccinated people can get infected with the Delta variant, the chances of getting very sick or dying from COVID-19 are much less than for those who are not vaccinated. ... See MoreSee Less
